Rooted in Sumner County and united by a shared passion for helping families, attorneys Brittany Holland and Ashley Holland bring a unique combination of experience, compassion, and dedicated advocacy to Holland & Holland. Both graduates of Nashville School of Law, Brittany and Ashley share more than a last name—they share a commitment to providing personalized legal representation and helping clients navigate some of life's most challenging moments.

Their paths to practicing law share several similarities. Both earned their undergraduate degrees at Tennessee universities, Brittany at Middle Tennessee State University and Ashley at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, before attending Nashville School of Law while simultaneously working full-time in the legal field at civil litigation firms in Nashville. This hands-on experience provided each with a strong foundation in the legal profession, instilling the work ethic, practical knowledge, and attention to detail they bring to their clients today.

Before joining forces at Holland & Holland, Brittany and Ashley developed their legal careers through different areas of practice. Brittany gained experience in civil litigation and collections before establishing her own practice in Rutherford County, where she focused on family and criminal law. She later joined attorney Lindsey Ralston in 2021, continuing to build her experience and passion for family law. Ashley began her private practice career at a high-volume Nashville family law firm, where she handled domestic disputes, child custody matters, and traffic cases while developing extensive familiarity with the local court systems.

Brittany and Ashley’s approach is centered on understanding each client's individual circumstances, providing honest guidance, and developing thoughtful legal strategies tailored to achieving the best possible outcome. Whether navigating a contested or uncontested divorce, child custody dispute, child support matter, prenuptial or postnuptial agreement, post-divorce modification, order of protection, conservatorship, or estate planning they strive to ensure every client feels heard, informed, and confidently represented throughout the legal process.

As attorneys who understand the importance of family both personally and professionally, Brittany and Ashley recognize that family law, conservatorships, and estate planning are about much more than legal documents and courtroom proceedings. They are about protecting what matters most, finding solutions during difficult transitions, and helping clients move forward with confidence.

Outside the courtroom, Brittany and Ashley enjoy spending quality time with their families and embracing the outdoors. Brittany especially enjoys life on the family farm and kayaking, while Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and Cavachon dog, as well as reading and watching history documentaries.
